For the past 20 years, a significant part of my practice has been in the Fayette County Juvenile Court. During that time, I have acted primarily as Guardian Ad Litem for children but I have also been counsel for parents accused of unfitness. I have participated in hundreds of deprivation and delinquency cases. The vast majority of those cases were court appointed. I have considerable experience in cases involving the termination of parental rights (TPR). I have represented all sides in TPR cases. In addition, I have also litigated contested custody/child support matters, contested legitimization actions and contested adoptions. I am a fierce advocate for the best interests of my clients; the children.
