My litigation experience also includes matters of general litigation. I was lead counsel representing a founder and director of CSN International, the nation's largest private non-profit radio network in the United States in a series of lawsuits with Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, California. This litigation was about control of the radio network. Those matters settled with the separation of the network from its prior affiliations. CSN International now broadcasts nationwide from its studios in Twin Falls, Idaho. A link to CSN is provided.
I am a lawyer that likes doing research and writing legal briefs. As an editor of the South Carolina Law Review, I became a master of the legal library and all of its resources. I enjoy appellate work both civil and criminal. I have 23 reported opinions from Georgia appellate courts. On each case, I was the brief writer and argued oral argument if it was necessary. I have also done appellate work in the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S Federial Circuit Court of Appeals. I am admitted to the United State Supreme Court.
